Abstract Guidelines

The Organizers of the ICSA 2026 Conference cordially invite abstract submissions until September 22, 2026.
Accepted abstracts will be scheduled for either as oral or poster presentation. We aim to give as many early-career scientists as possible the opportunity to present their work in oral sessions.

After successfully submitting your abstract, a confirmation email will be sent to the presenting and corresponding authors

Review & Modification

To review or edit your submitted abstract(s), log in to your account and navigate to ‘My Page’

Abstracts must be submitted online via this website only by September22, 2026. Abstracts submitted by email will not be accepted.
Presenting authors must be registered participants. Only abstracts of authors who have completed registration will be scheduled for presentation.
Abstracts must be written in English and not exceed 400 words.
Each abstract should indicate the title of the paper, full name(s) of the author(s), affiliated institution(s), and up to five keywords.

If you wish to withdraw your abstract, please contact the Conference Secretariat with your abstract submission number and full name.
Abstract submissions that have not been successfully completed will be automatically withdrawn, so please ensure that your submissions are fully completed before prior to the deadline.
